Zlatina Kushkieva, Founder of U Matter Corporate Wellness, and one of the Managing Partners of HR Consulting Partners, a professional with more than 20 years in Human resources - as corporate HR Manager for Bulgaria and South Eastern Europe and as Management Consultant - was kindly invited to moderate Day 1 of the regular HR Conference held on 24-26 June 2020, organised by the Bulgarian Association for People Management (BAPM). The panelists were HR managers and professionals from various industries - IBM, HP Inc., Lidl, Molson Coors (more details here), who shared what were the initiatives and programs they launched to:
- provide the physical and emotional care for their employees,
- support the engagement of employees and
- ensure continuity of business processes.
More than 280 participants joined the online event, to hear more about emotional health programs that were implemented, engagement initiatives to keep up the morale of employees during social isolation, virtual training programs, and communication channels that were introduced.
The panelists shared what are their learnings from the last 4 months since Covid outbreak, which are the initiatives that worked well and would be their focus for the near future.
